COACHES
Carolina Soccer Services has always enjoyed a great relationship with the coaching and training side of soccer. We have not created a specific training or education program for coaches, but rather prepare custom programs for coaches to ensure they gain as much as possible from the experience. All of our courses however maintain a similar structure and incorporate theoretical content with practical lessons in order for coaches to understand the concepts on and off the pitch. We also provide the coaches with assignments to encourage their input and participation.
PLAYERS
We offer individual programs to players in order to increase performance. Our individual programs are developed through numerous activities such as:
Practical training sessions
Simulated Gameplay
Competition analysis
Video analysis sessions
Players have the option of a punctual service, a week long evaluation or a full season advisory program. Our program respects the concepts of the teams in which the players play. The fundamentals that are developed allow the player to implement the coach’s instructions more effectively.
The AGENCY: Schools, CLUBS, ACADEMIES AND associations
We aim to assist organizations that are interested in utilizing our experience and methodology. Our coaches are specialists in development and advisory programs to assist teams’, coaches, players or technical directors with the goal of increasing their team’s performance. Customized programs for Clubs, Academies, and Federations, are prepared individually taking into consideration their main characteristics, goals, guidelines and culture.
